FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How often should I wash my car after a detail or ceramic coating?
Every two weeks is ideal. Avoid automatic car washes with brushes, as they cause swirl marks and light scratches.

2. What is paint correction, and do I need it?
Paint correction removes swirl marks, oxidation, and light scratches from the clear coat. It restores depth, clarity, and a showroom shine. Most vehicles benefit from it before applying ceramic coating.

3. What is ceramic coating, and how long does it last?
Ceramic coating is a premium liquid polymer that bonds to your paint, creating a glossy, hydrophobic, and highly durable layer. It protects against UV rays, chemicals, and light scratches while making cleaning effortless. With proper care, it can last 2–7 years.

4. Will ceramic coating make my car scratch-proof?
No coating can make paint completely scratch-proof. However, ceramic adds a harder, slicker surface that resists light swirls and helps prevent damage during washing.

5. Can you get rid of every stain in my car’s interior?
We use professional products and extraction tools to treat stains. Most can be removed, but some may only lighten depending on the surface and age of the stain.

6. Can you remove odors and pet hair from my car?
Yes. We use steam cleaning and ozone to neutralize odors. Pet hair removal is included, but heavy buildup has a small extra charge.

7. Can you fix deep scratches?
We can remove clear coat scratches with paint correction. Deeper ones may need touch-up or repainting.

8. How long does it take for seats to dry after shampooing?
Usually 2–3 hours. Times can vary with weather and airflow. You can drive the vehicle right away if needed.

9. Are your detailing products safe?
Yes. We use pH-balanced, professional-grade cleaners safe for paint, leather, fabrics, and plastics.

10. What should I do before my detailing appointment?
It helps if you remove personal items from compartments and the trunk. This lets us clean every area thoroughly. We’ll take care of the rest.

11. How long will my car stay looking fresh after a detail?
It depends on driving, storage, and weather. Regular maintenance or a coating will help it last longer.

12. Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If something’s missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll fix it.
